Appearance: She has jade-green-coloured eyes and long violet hair. She wears a Hoshigakure jōnin flak-jacket and shorts.

Personality: She cares for all not just those of her own village. Though she would lay down her life too protect one of her own. She is a kind sharing soul, that interacts frequently with anyone and everyone, however her wrath is spectacular when invoked. Her temper is hard to rise, killing unnecessarily or torturing can bring it out for all to bear. She is married with a young child.

Abilities:
Chakra Rope: This technique allows the ninja to extend their chakra out of their body into binding ropes. The chakra is said to be uncuttable.

Mysterious Peacock Method(MPM): this technique utilizes the chakra-enhancing radiation of a meteorite, that fell 200 years prior to the start of the series, to give the user an enormous amount of chakra. The technique itself manifests in the form of a feather-shaped array behind the Star Ninja and spreading out from behind them like a peacock's tail feathers

(MPM) Apparition: If the user is close to death, they use his or her remaining chakra to draw a symbol in the ground which allows them to temporally resurrect them self in the form of a ghost-like apparition.

(MPM) Beast: the chakra feathers change to the form of a animal, such as a dog. The chakra which the beast is made of is dense enough to repel shuriken thrown at it.

(MPM) Destroy: After using the Mysterious Peacock Method, the user uses the chakra feathers to attack their opponent

(MPM) Join: After using the Mysterious Peacock Method: Beast, this technique can combine two chakra beasts into one larger beast

(MPM) Wings: the user can use the chakra feathers to form wings. The wings are strong enough to support a normal sized human in short flight.

Chakra Predation: This technique allows the ninja to extend their chakra out of their body and then consume the special Peacock chakra of their comrades, thus allowing them to increase their power. The comrades themselves will be weakened by the loss of their chakra.

(MPM) Choke: the user turns their chakra feathers into ropes to ensnare and strangle their target.

(MPM) Dragon: Mysterious Peacock Method turns into the form of a dragon, which can shoot blasts of star chakra at the opponent, and can also grow wings to increase power.

Fuinjutsu: are a type of jutsu that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object.

Multiple Shadow Clone technique: Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones.

Negative emotions sensing: is able to sense negative emotions, such as hate and killing intent of any individual around it.

Shadow Clone Technique: , this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions.

(MPM) Spiralling Absorption Sphere: Forms a big ball out of star chakra then creates chakra arms to grab and smash enemies into the ball.

Appearance: Hisame was a young, quite tall, and slim kunoichi. She had short light brown hair, blue earrings, red lipstick and a white hairband over her head, holding the hair out of the way from her eyes. She wore a pink tube top with a open, light green shirt, navy blue pants and ninja sandals. She wore her shuriken holster on her right leg.

Personality: Very outgoing and tends to stray from her missions alot on personal business. Is very aloof from her village and takes care of herself first before anyone else. Seeks to become more powerful and one day take over the village or leave to start her own.

Abilities:
Water whip: The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent.

Gushing water imprisonment: creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water

Thousand Flying water needles of death: gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route.

Tornado of water: A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism.

Water Clone Technique: it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power

Exploding Water colliding wave: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used

Great Waterfall technique: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground

Gunshot: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot

Hidden in water technique: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy.

Large Projectile: the user is able to attack with a giant blast of water by spitting it as a strong stream from their mouth.

Appearance: Utakata is a tall, thin, young man with pale golden eyes and black hair that reaches to his shoulders. His side partition lets a large portion of his bangs cover the left side of his face. He wears a long, light blue kimono adorned with a small emblem of three bubbles on the back, a pair of black pants underneath his kimono below the collar, and an orange sash. He carries a bamboo jug, filled with a soap solution, and a pipe.

Personality: stoic, calm and carefree. Preferring solitude and is not particularly talkative. Although, if the sensitive subject of student-master relationships is brought up, it typically manages to rouse his annoyance and anger. He also has a strong sense of honour, often determined to repay his debts to others

Abilities:
Acid Permeation: blows acid bubbles at his opponent that could burn the opponent when popped

Blinding Bubbles technique: blows bubbles, surrounding the opponent's face with them. Once popped, the bubbles creates a puff of red powder that momentarily blinds the opponent

Drowning bubble technique: blows his bubble-blower and dozens upon dozens of soap bubbles that vary in size shoot out of its tip. If the technique is used successfully, Utakata's enemies' heads will be trapped in one of the bubbles and they will be subsequently drowned surprisingly fast

Exploding bubble: blows dozens of bubbles they make their way towards opponents. Upon popping they create bright yellow and white flashes along with variously strong explosions that knock back the enemy and everything nearby.

Floating bubble technique: creates a single, particularly large bubble with his bubble-blower and quickly jumps inside. Under his command, the bubble will take him wherever he wishes. It's seemingly very capable of both travelling very long distances and floating rather high into the air with no apparent risk of popping. Utakata can also make the bubble camouflage to hide from anyone who's after him

Protective bubble dome: Utakata uses his Bubble Ninjutsu to create a dome around himself and his comrades. This dome is shown to be strong enough to resist large explosions

Smokescreen bubbles: Utakata blows bubbles which release a smokescreen when popped

Personality: often described as "twisted" by a large number of people. He seemed saddened by the fragility of human life and how it affected those still living, which lead him to desire immortality. cared only for himself. He grew bored when there was no conflict or violence in the world, and immediately struck fear into others when they first met him.

Abilities:
Empty Cicada shell technique: allows the user to project their voice from any direction allowing them to remain hidden

Wind spiders technique: can summon his wind spiders, enabling him to spin trails, which can be used to shoot his opponent with webs at high speeds trap opponents inside a room crawling with spiders and webs, or to make a windmill of webs.

Chakra threads: This is a murder-suicidal jutsu. The user of this jutsu creates threads of chakra that are used to connect the user's heart to another person's. As long as the two are connected, any internal damage done to one will also be done to the other. This ultimately means that, if one person dies, so will the other.

Appearance: Izumo has brown hair, and dark eyes. His hair is combed down and always covers his right eye. He wears his forehead protector like a bandanna along with the standard Konoha shinobi outfit which goes all the way up to his chin

Personality: characterised as being responsible, takes pride in whatever he does. is a germaphobe and as such, pays excessive attention to cleanliness.

Abilities:
Starch Syrup capturing field: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield.

Water Dragon Whip: This jutsu creates an orb of water from which many sharp whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets. The whips can also change direction in mid-trajectory, bending to seek out the targets.

Water drowning technique: This technique gathers a large amount of water to form a large spiralling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles

Water encampment wall: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will

Water fang bullet: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water.

Water Hardened drill: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large water drill around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.

Appearance: Mei is a slender woman in her thirties. She has ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bangs are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her chest, just below her chin. Her eyes are light green. She dresses in a long-sleeved dark blue dress that falls just below the knees. It seems to be closed at the front with a zip, and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh shirt that covers more of her upper body than her dress, but stops short of covering her shoulders and still leaves a sizeable cleavage. She also wears shorts in the same colour as her dress

Personality: Mei is a cheerful person who is almost always smiling regardless of what she is saying, such as when promising to kill someone. She is usually kind however, speaking well of others and attempting to avoid conflict. Quite open-minded to new ideas and shows respect even to her youngers. Mei also can be very flirtatious. Mei seems to be somewhat self-conscious when it comes to her love life. She also has low tolerance towards insults about her age and appearance.

Abilities:
Skilled Mist technique: creates a cloud of mist which she releases from her mouth. This mist has corrosive properties, capable of even melting bones. the user can sufficiently manipulate its acidic qualities to safer levels by adjusting the pH levels of the mist.

Lava Globs: The user releases several globs of lava of various sizes at the target. The technique can also be manipulated to block doors and narrow exits using the hardening process of lava to prevent a target from escaping.

Melting Apparition Technique: The user releases a large amount of lava from their mouth, which spreads into a broad, thin sheet as it travels through the air. Since the lava is shot upwards in a severe arc, so as to descend onto the targets from above, it prevents the intended individuals from jumping up to avoid the attack. A great deal of steam is created afterwards by the effects of the lava
